Fortune 4 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Ld Director Info Security – PAM to join our dynamic team! As the Ld Director you will be responsible for leading one of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Build teams in Identity & Access Management within CVS Health’s Enterprise Information Security organization. You will manage a large Privileged Access Management program to mitigate risk and deliver value to the enterprise.You will be a leader with an exceptional track record in IAM and should have a good understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, policies, processes, best practices, and solutions. You should also be knowledgeable about broader information security functions, including how IAM mitigates emerging threats. You will have experience leading and developing teams and demonstrated experience driving successful Engineering initiatives building enterprise tools and solutions.Responsibilities include:

Lead IAM Engineering teams implementing Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management solutionsLead teams building modern solutions for Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management solutions including Provisioning, Password Vault, Session Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, Secrets Vault, etc.Advise and support I&AM management initiatives and collaborate with the I&AM team in support of building modern access management tools, including provisioning/remediation tools through automationPartner with internal and external stakeholder teams and their leadership to ensure proper Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management controls are implemented for existing and new systemsDevelop and continuously mature an experienced and diverse Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management teamDrive a culture of DevOps adoption for the planning and delivery of Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management solutionsManage the team’s scope of work, budget, project risks, and the vendor resourcesParticipate in the roadmap and strategic planning with I&AM leadershipStay current on security technology and trends in the I&AM spaceManage a large team supporting complex projectsWork closely with key stakeholders and partners to drive the implementation of the overall I&AM strategyThe successful candidate will be experienced in managing and leading IAM teams and have knowledge of IAM protocols and standards. The successful candidate will also have the ability to drive engineering initiatives forward, develop a high performing team, and have stakeholder management skills with exceptional communication skills.Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of information technology experienceMinimum 4 years of leadership experience developing, managing and training of staff in an enterprise technology environmentMinimum 3 years of Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management experiencePreferred Qualifications

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of DevOps principlesEducation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
