This position is located in the San Francisco Asylum Office.

As an

Supervisory Management and Program Analyst , you will serve as an expert advisor to management on major administrative programs requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex management and program processes and systems.Employment at the SF Asylum Office provides an exciting opportunity for staff to work in both downtown SF and our newly established Oakland Branch.Both locations are accessible through public transportation, and travel between the two offices is quick and convenient.While staff members will be assigned to the SF duty station, employees may be expected to work out of the Oakland Branch.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on

10/11/2024 .

GS-13:

You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:Using concepts, principles, regulations, and policies related to human resource management sufficient to plan, organize, evaluate and improve service and processes.Directing the resolution of issues affecting and impacting administrative operations, customer service, and technical subjects in a variety of functions related to human resources, operations support, and financial management.Managing workload of department by adjusting assignments as priorities change.
