You’ll also have access to:Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.Free medical coverage for employees via the Health Investment Plan (HIP) PPO.An excellent retirement savings plan with high employer contribution.Tuition reimbursement, the Freedom 2 Save student debt program and FreeU education benefit - an affordable and convenient path to getting a bachelor’s degree.A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world.A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity.The OpportunityOur business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.What You’ll Work OnThe Sales Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the US Structural Heart Commercial, FP&A and Sales Operations teams to meet sales, growth and margin targets by providing business intelligence and sales operations support through quota-setting, resource and alignment tracking, data modeling/analysis, reporting on key performance indicators, as well as many other ad-hoc analyses.Serve as a business advisor and internal consultant to Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors.Work with sales leadership to use analytics to drive sales growth through actionable measures.Develop and roll-out sales team quotas, organizational structure, and customer account alignments.Advise on sales resource deployment strategy.Facilitate region and area level business strategy review meetings in the field.Monitor and provide headcount productivity metrics and resource modeling outcomes on a continuous basis.Develop and maintain reporting & analytics dashboards.Develop, analyze and track monthly scorecard metrics and key performance indicators.Develop field revenue forecasts incorporating historic, trended, and current business information.Support FP&A organization in being the voice of the field in developing latest best estimates, the annual plan, and detailed commentary on drivers.Partner with marketing and commercial excellence teams to incorporate external market data into recommendations to sales leaders.Review revenue data by geography, account and product to evaluate performance, highlight key issues, and recommend areas of focus for improvement.Support field in terms of compliance to Abbott policies.Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned by manager.Develop and distribute reporting tools and dashboards.Lead special projects as needed.Maintain knowledge of Abbott’s medical technology products and compliance policies.Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive compensation trends.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience in sales/commercial-focused financial planning and analysis, sales operations, sales strategy, or other related field.Ability to quickly and effectively analyze data, extract trends from analysis, and translate trends into actionable insights.Must have strong quantitative abilities/experience in data management, data gathering, data analytics and analysis.Demonstrated organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to work under limited supervision and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Requires the ability to be self-motivated to accomplish tasks in a proactive manner.Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical ability, originality and ingenuity required.Extensive experience with various information systems is required; must have the knowledge and ability to extract data from multiple information systems on an ad-hoc basis.Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.Flexibility to travel approximately 15%.Preferred QualificationsProfessional experience in Medical Device/Technology strongly preferred.PowerBI or similar system experience strongly preferred.Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.Apply NowFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
