Site Acquisition SpecialistSeeking a Permitting Specialist to work with a leader in the telecom industry responsible for obtaining all required entitlement approvals. Provide timely updates and communicate jurisdictional permitting and zoning solutions to customers.Responsibilities:
Submit and acquire entitlements, approvals, and agreements as required from jurisdictions to install facilities in the public right of way and on private property.Forecasting and milestone task completion.Review drawings to ensure compliance with jurisdiction's standards.Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional groups to resolve issues, facilitate progress, and achieve milestone targets.Interface with jurisdictional staff on matters related to applicable laws, codes, and ordinances, and communicate and leverage regulatory status in support of deployment objectives.Provide zoning and permitting updates.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years experience in municipal planning and/or land use capacity or wireless industry.
