The Inventory Associate will be a strong problem solver who works to ensure flawless execution of all inventory-related projects.The Inventory Associate is responsible for:Reviewing shipment contents and comparing with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.Recording shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.Computing amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, or demurrage charges, using a computer or price list.Maintaining inventory and monitoring results for accuracy.Documenting processes and operational flows.Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory tracking.Working with a sense of urgency to ensure that operational plans are executed.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of inventory experience.Pick/Pack, Inbound/Outbound, warehouse/distribution, or Fresh Cut General Management experience is a plus.High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.QA/Inventory experience is a plus.Salary is commensurate upon experience ($17.00-19.00).Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, or belief, national or ethnic origin, citizenship status, marital or domestic partnership status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity or expression, age, disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
