Account Executive

to lead the strategic development of our distributed brands. The Account Executive will build client relationships and work with the internal departments to accomplish performance goals. The Account Executive will be a leader on their accounts and will be expected to drive forward account performance.The Ideal candidate should be able to commute to MELVILLE NY 5 days per week as this is an "in-house" role.Essential Functions:

Lead client onboarding and account set-up process.Support the Account Supervisor on accounts, when present, to accomplish strategic company & client goals.Lead the internal team briefings on the Scope of Work based on signed distribution contracts.Support Client Onboarding and Portfolio Management, including participating and leading in periodic client calls/meetings.Own regular deliverables such as inventory analysis, purchase order coordination, logistics coordination, budget analysis, reports and presentations.To ensure maximization of sales, collaborate with in-house teams to identify overstock and understock inventory positions, making strategic promotional recommendations to sales teams across brick-and-mortar and digital touchpoints.Track inbound inventory via logistics coordination.Identify opportunities for optimization of internal processes, platforms, and workflows.Keep detailed sales reports across platforms and work with marketing and creative teams to improve performance.Track account success against monthly projections and actual KPI achievements.Help coordinate intra-team project timelines.Organize workstreams and deliverables via project management software.Assist with additional projects as directed by the Managing Director and Brand Manager.Job Requirements:

High aptitude for organization and communication.Demonstrate leadership skills.Take initiative.Proactive.Demonstrates an ability to problem-solve and think strategically.Above average proficiency in office tools such as Outlook, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite of Apps.Analytically inclined with a strong attention to detail.Able to succeed in an actively growing organization and comfortable with change.Comfortable with managing competing priorities and able to multi-task / work in a fast-paced environment.Experience within beauty, wellness, fashion, or adjacent category is a plus.Salary is commensurate upon experience ($17.00- $19.00 per hour).Benefits:
