Fernway is proud to bring the #1 selling cannabis vape product in Massachusetts to the New York Market. As we blew out New Jersey in 2023, we will now launch into New York, creating even more opportunities to grow the Fernway Team.

We are so pumped to be bringing Fernway to New York, and we are looking for an ambitious account executive to explode our NYC market. Once in a lifetime opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive who is passionate about cannabis and providing a best-in-class product to the (legal) NYC market. Salary: up to $150,000 OTE (base and commissions)

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Generate revenue by acquiring new accounts and managing existing ones.Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to craft and execute a robust sales strategy.Goal Setting & Monitoring: Set clear, targeted sales goals and regularly track progress to ensure targets are met.Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential clients, existing account decision-makers, and key industry players.Utilize Marketing Resources: Use marketing materials and data insights to optimize sales efforts.Marketing Integration: Partner with the Marketing Department to enhance account engagement through events and promotional activities.Professional Representation: Represent the company and its products with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical practices.Team Collaboration: Work closely with fulfillment and distribution teams to provide outstanding service to accounts.Order Management: Ensure sales orders are submitted accurately and promptly.Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client information, sales orders, and account changes in Salesforce and other systems.Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.Merchandising Opportunities: Identify and leverage opportunities to improve visual merchandising and maximize product visibility in high-traffic areas.Administrative Duties: Complete expense reports, sales reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

4+ years of sales experience, including a proven track record of success, is highly preferred.Demonstrate an exceptional level of EQ in all professional interactionsSuperior sales skills, including persuasion, overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation.Strong verbal & written communication skillsA high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all timesComfortable with technology & computersWillingness to travel within the state on a regular basis to meet with accountsStrong attention to detailsCRM experience a plusA genuine and extensive knowledge and passion for cannabis productsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience

Sales: 4 years (Required)Legal Cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)
