This role will partner with IL6S Pillar Leads and Business Partners as needed to ensure SOPs and processes are documented and assessed properly ongoing and business adopts accountability long term. Provides training and capability building for Mid Level Managers down to Supervisors to ensure understanding and easy application of the toolbox and accountability by leaders to root cause analysis. The role is expected to partner cross-functionally with Data Analytics and Insights team, other COE teammates, and Mondelez IT team as needed to support the automation/simplification roadmap needed for adoption of LEAN/FI needs.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

Understand business challenges with IL6S program in Operations (primarily DSD currently) and current complexity to create a Focused Improvement program that teaches root cause analysis using simple approaches to drive adoption and results in operations.Look at simplification and automation of assessments to drive effective outcomes for both Program Team and allow for the business to integrate key activities to drive ownership of key milestones and new ways of working. Ensure that solutions create a world where the business embraces the methods as they see results and is not overwhelmed with "to do" thinking.Drive implementation of LEAN methodologies into DSD operations in a simplified way to drive adoption, capability building, and results at RDCL and MCL levels. Own the Focused Improvement Pillar and drive the root cause toolbox for the field to use and understand for fast adoption to help remove firefighting - fixing issues and seeing results.Create evolution of IL6S in operations (called iDSD in Direct Store Delivered space) as part of continuous improvement, including program team role, business team role, and how digitization/automation drives efficiency and maintains integrity of the program.

Logistics/Distribution Operational ExperienceStrong Business Process and Technical agility to learn quickly systems and processes and apply expertise in L6S in an operational world.Strong ability to influence operational leaders and business leaders in the use of data and tools to drive a simple approach to root cause analysis as part of daily work. Effectively lead others along and gain adoption in the new ways of working showcasing how resolution has driven better results and removed barriers.Expertise in Focused Improvement and Lean methodologies to drive root cause analysis for effective long-term resolution and simple daily applicability in DMS.Experience leading projects and change management to include documentation (From and TO BE), training, and excellent communication skills.Strong facilitation and communication skills.
