They are the ones reviewing plans, bidding on jobs, and then overseeing the jobs won from start to finish.From coordinating with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers to working closely with the Superintendent and project team, our Commercial Roofing Project Managers exhibit strong multi-tasking, follow-through, and all-around leadership skills.At the end of each project, the Commercial Roofing Project Manager is able to say they’ve made a difference and contributed to the overall company strive for excellence. Consider the Commercial Roofing Project Manager to be a big step into your career at Schwickert’s, as we promote from within and celebrate our employees’ successes.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceMinimum three (3) years of construction industry experience.Strong background in Commercial Construction, with knowledge of roofing materials, techniques & requirements.Experience multi-tasking while planning, organizing, and following through with impactful roofing projects.The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.The desire to grow their career professionally.The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable roofing contractor.The desire to mentor Project Manager Interns.Strong track record with client relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong oral and written communication skills.Must have a valid driver's license.Able to lift up to 80 pounds and comfortable visiting actual job sites about 50% of the time (without fear of heights).Schwickert's offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. This position includes a commission incentive program.Since 1906, Schwickert’s Tecta America has been serving commercial building owners and residential homeowners across the Midwest.
