campus.Temporary Job Description:Reporting jointly to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and the manager of Student Affairs. This role provides principal staff support to a variety of recurring and special programs and initiatives. Coordinates a broad variety of administrative tasks & activities such as calendaring, scheduling, mail merges, assisting with manager/supervisors or(s) &/or dept's calendars & planning/executing student events & activities. This role also assists in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining an organized reception area (coffee service/special event set-up/take down).Qualifications Required:A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;Strong writing skills;High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;Diligent and can work independently;Experience working with confidential information;Professionalism;Flexibility, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Software Required:MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Northwestern University seeks to employ a varied and diverse range of dynamic people who understand the importance of our mission and vision.
