who will work on the Enterprise Excellence Transformation team. This role coordinates projects and their interdependencies, manages stakeholder communication, manages resources across projects, aligns various project deliverables to the Enterprise Excellence team’s desired outcomes, and accumulates all projects’ cost and benefit estimates. This individual will help identify risks across programs and provide mitigation by monitoring activities and resolving or escalating as needed. This role will provide support for the Enterprise Excellence team and key stakeholders across the organization, including communication as well as development and organization of key deliverables. They will ensure alignment between multiple teams by facilitating communication, organizing project-related materials and deliverables, and maintaining accountability of action items and requirements between project teams. They will establish standard governance and structure for multiple project managers and teams that are leading both transformational and continuous improvement efforts to support the overarching organizational goals and operating model.What is Enterprise Excellence?

Enterprise Excellence is an enduring capability that was developed to provide leadership and structure to facilitate ongoing, continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the business. Enterprise Excellence will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, support, and implement initiatives that align with strategic goals, particularly enabling the success of our branch and field leaders.To include, but not limited to the following:Organizing resources required to effectively run the Enterprise Excellence team, including onboarding consultant or contractor resources for project teams, establishing meetings between stakeholders, and budget/invoice tracking.Coordinate meetings between multiple teams including backwards planning to ensure expectations, agendas, questions, and other key topics are clear within meetings and action items are documented and sent to teams after.Actively participate in project and stakeholder alignment meetings as well as other engagements to ensure understanding of key initiatives. Identify cross-functional requirements and bring teams together as needed to solution, action, or make decisions.Maintain project deliverables in partnership with program leaders, project managers, project coordinators, and the EMPO of all Ent. Exc. projects across the enterprise (globally). Partner with program teams to ensure statuses, RAID logs, accomplishments, and budget updates are accurate and up to date so that leaders have real-time visibility.Throughout program deployments, foster and guide full adoption of EPMO tools, providing leadership and training in the use of the EPMO methodology.Based on interactions with stakeholders and programs, update dashboards, reports, and other mechanisms for sharing information with the organization.Prepare and review meeting minutes, memos, and notes, ensuring all action items and key takeaways are assigned appropriately.Create and prepare materials for bi-monthly Executive Steering Committee meetings, including compiling project updates, business case approvals, and program updates from multiple stakeholders within the business.Support the build of processes for sustained operations, such as value tracking and budget tracking.Maintain project and Enterprise Excellence program documentation, ensuring materials align with other teams within the organization.Operate within the governance and cadence of the Enterprise Excellence Transformation team, ensuring it is well communicated and adhered to by project teams and stakeholders.Support invoice management and budget tracking as needed within projects as well as within the Enterprise Excellence team.Manage the templates and documents utilized within Enterprise Excellence and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Project Management Office to validate standard templates are utilized throughout the organization.Manage the organization of the Enterprise Excellence SharePoint and Microsoft Teams page for both internal and external communication.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in project management, or another related field.5+ years Proven work experience as a project coordinator for large scale or complex enterprise-wide programs.Minimum 3+ years working with formal program management deliverables (budget, RAID logs, project plans, etc.).Proven experience managing programs or projects with multiple workstreams and more than three cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience communicating with senior level executives both in written and oral formats.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.Competencies and Skills:Ability to maintain confidentiality on key initiatives as required.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Strong character, ethics, commitment, and reliability.Ability to partner with others and/or take initiative in ambiguous situations.Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Benefits and Compensation:This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
