We are currently looking for a Center Director who can help to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children’s development.
You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding teachers, monitoring and caring for the children in our program, assisting teachers in developing a curriculum that the children will respond to positively and partnering with our team to enhance the learning environment at our school. If you love working with kids and have previous experience in early childhood education, you will fit in with our nurturing team.

Since children's needs are constantly changing, you must also be highly organized, flexible, and able to demonstrate compassion and patience at the drop of a hat.

Create a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment.
Build trusting relationships and develop open lines of communication with staff, parents, and children.
Supervise classroom activities in a proactive, patient, and loving manner.
Provide unparalleled customer service.
Ensure full compliance with Hummingbird Lane Daycare curricula, procedures, and standards.
Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.
Create activities that are fun and educational for the children.
Collaborate with the assistant director and teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.
Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed.
Manage day-to-day activities in the center, including schedules, tuition payments, parent communications, events and transportation.
Required Experience:
Center Directors must have
64 college credits w/24 hours related to ECE or Child Development, including one Business/Admin. course.
Hands-on teaching, caregiving, or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational abilities.
High level of flexibility and willingness to work all shifts.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
