Position/Title:Traffic Coordinator / Sales Support-754Details:The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, work with a high level of accuracy, be very detail oriented, must be able to problem solve and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Securing and processing traffic instructions for all advertisers.Entering all copy-related information using our WideOrbit traffic software.Process all commercials received via FTP, internal production and other various delivery sources for daily processing by master control hub (TSC) in Charlotte, NC.Maintain active and archival commercial library.Attach traffic instructions to WOT paperclip for digital file system.Resolve commercial issues with master control hub (TSC), clients, and sales.Provide customer service and other assigned tasks on a local and national level.Send daily missing instructions report to the sales team.Primary sales duty involves order entry for national and political orders into Wide Orbit Traffic while being highly detail oriented with a goal of 100% accuracy.Back up for local order entry.Requirements:

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Must possess a strong attention to detail.Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Must be highly motivated and ambitious with a “can do” attitude.Previous broadcasting experience preferred.Experience in WideOrbit Traffic preferred.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Work Environment
