Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Product Manager position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee time-sensitive projects or elements within a larger project, and lead one or more teams of business consultants engaged in assessing systems requirements.Responsibilities
Deliver on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team.Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiative. Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc.Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program.Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting pilot program. Ensure quality and accuracy of data.Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record.Assess, plan, monitor, evaluate, and report on each project.Clearly communicate any issues or concerns related to the data. Provide solutions for any issues.Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc.Compile and analyze results for identification of improvement opportunities.Benefits and Perks

3-5 years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience).Microsoft Office suite proficiency.Proficient data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills.Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred but not required.
