Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Technical Support Analyst position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This Technical Support Analyst will join the Field Services organization to offer proficient assistance to both customers and internal teams in the resolution of technical issues. This is an exciting opportunity to address software and hardware malfunctions and provide impactful solutions.Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop computer systems, peripheral equipment, and production printers.Maintain standard applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems.Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively setting expectations with customers and following up appropriately.Schedule installations and upgrades and provide system maintenance in accordance with IT procedures.Benefits and Perks

2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst.Experience with troubleshooting personal computers.Experience with Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.Strong customer service skills.
