Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Support Associate Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. Join our Global Desktop Support organization and contribute to providing outstanding desktop support to our colleagues across the United States. As a Technical Support Associate Analyst in the Deskside Support Services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and possess advanced technical knowledge.

In this role you will:Provide technical support, including hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, and voice/video network diagnostics.Manage ticket workflows, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain hardware inventory.Proactively set expectations with colleagues, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and deliver exceptional customer service.Implement operating system enhancements and recommend modifications to reduce colleague problems.Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 1 year of recent helpdesk experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, Apple hardware and operating systems, networking switches, data networks, IP telecommunications systems, and Audio Visual Systems.Analytical skills and sound judgment for determining solutions.Clear communication skills with customers and IT staff.PC/LAN technical or equivalent experience.Aptitude for providing strong customer service, self-motivated, team player, empathetic, innovative, and works with integrity.
