Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Support Associate Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role is part of the Global Desktop Support organization and focuses on providing exceptional desktop support to colleagues across both physical offices and a remote workforce. The Technical Support Associate Analyst will ensure a high level of customer service while installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing computer workstations. 1 year of PC/LAN technical or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, Apple hardware, and operating systems.Experience with networking switches, data networks, IP telecommunications systems, and audio-visual systems.Capability to analyze problems and use sound judgment to determine solutions.Aptitude for providing strong customer service through verbal and written interactions.
