The Azure IoT Operations team is focused on helping organizations across multiple industries transform their physical operations through data and insights cultivated from operational capabilities across edge and cloud alongside artificial intelligence, management and analytics in the Microsoft Cloud.We are looking for a

Product Manager 2

Deliver a world-class product with exceptional user controls to our customers on time and aligned to product roadmap.Define user stories and product requirement documents that reflect data processor designs that meet customer needs, are industry competitive, and integrate with next generation Microsoft technologies.Define, drive and track success criteria and performance metrics such as engagement, usage, profitability etc. and incorporate into planning and execution.Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope and quality.Engage with customers, partners, and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area.Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, as well as stay in sync with end-user features and platform.Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of projects to successful completion.Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, collaboration, and customer focus.Embody our Culture and Values.Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.1 year experience working on AI/ML technologies.2+ years experience in data analytics, data products and/or data engineering.o OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:Cloud Background check: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.Experience with data processing, data operations, and contextualization tooling in the industrial automation space.Experience with software platforms, SDKs, and the software development lifecycle.Ability to communicate effectively with data scientists and engineers and translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.Ability to evaluate the feasibility, viability, and desirability of data operations products or features, and define success metrics and evaluation criteria.Ability to use data analysis, visualization, and experimentation tools to monitor and improve the performance and user experience of data and AI products or features.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior executives.Passion for solving customer problems and creating positive impact with data and AI.Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
