Premium Parking , the parking industry leader is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team!

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by leading the development and management of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and delivery. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, define product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

Develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Define product positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiation.

Product Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.

Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and release plans.

Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Drive agile development processes, monitor progress, and address any roadblocks.

Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve products.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.

Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure efficient product development.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences.

Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and releases to internal teams and stakeholders.

Product Performance and Optimization:

Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement.

Analyze data and customer insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements.

Continuously iterate and optimize products based on user feedback and changing market needs.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience with product management tools and platforms.

Familiarity with technology trends and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
