Supacolor exists for one reason; to help you make it.This sales role is responsible for bringing the ‘Supa” element to grow and nurture our key customers ensuring they have everything they need to remain loyal engaged customers that are Supacolor fanatics. Success in this role is achieving customer retention, happiness and revenue growth goals.You will be responsible for:

Proactive Account Management - building & maintaining long lasting client relationships, first point of contact for account management queries, negotiate pricing, timely and successful delivery of our solutions, after sales supportIdentifying new business opportunities with existing customersReporting and analysis - entering all activity into HubSpot, preparing reports as required including insights and recommendations and forecastingBuilding great relationships internally and externallyPositively contribute to our SupacultureSkills, knowledge and experience

5+ years experience Account management and successful delivery of solutions to customersPassion for and strong sales experienceBachelor's degree in business admin, finance, sales or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communicationProven experience in communicating with and presenting to key stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, including Salesforce, Zoho CRM and HubSpotGreat commercial acumenA resilient team player with a positive mindsetBe supa organised, have great time management and thrive in a fast paced businessAlignment to our Values
