As a Product Manager, you'll take charge of a product group or portfolio. Your mission: own the P&L success by crafting a winning strategy, managing the lifecycle, and delivering products with irresistible value propositions. Dive into customer needs, shape compelling offerings, and orchestrate seamless launch plans. Collaborate closely with our strategic marketing and customer-facing teams, gathering feedback and empowering sales with essential product insights. Forge strong partnerships with our engineering team to drive innovation.Ultimate ownership and accountability for the success of assigned product areasMaintains an excellent working knowledge of the applications within the product line, including hands-on experience and the ability to demonstrate and explain the full feature range of the productGains and maintains an in-depth market, industry, and competitive knowledgeUnderstand our strengths and weaknesses and those of the key competition and use this knowledge to support the Sales team and increase our effectiveness in sellingBe able to generate ideas and value on your own or in a group. Establish, then utilize tight working relationships with engineering, architects, and designTake your recommendations to stakeholders. Leverage your stakeholders and customers to validate your proposalsWhat Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a product manager or equivalent experience leading product discovery and product delivery.BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or EngineeringExperience with taking SaaS solutions to marketExperience working both with a distribution channel as well as direct channel is preferredAbility to influence teams to achieve required outcomesTrimble’s Inclusiveness Commitment
