NFI North is seeking an Assistant Program Director for the Transitional Housing Program located in Ashland, NH. This program is a residential treatment facility and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants secure apartments, obtain gainful employment, engage in volunteer opportunities, and enroll in college with the support of our amazing THS Ashland team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (payroll, scheduling, and petty cash).

Staff supervision.

Group/individual counseling and crisis intervention.

On-call responsibilities as a member of the management team.

Availability for some nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours of college credits; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in human services (or equivalent).

3-5 years of supervisory experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with a related population/service.
