NFI Massachusetts Inc., a nonprofit human service agency, is currently seeking an Assistant Program Director for our adolescent program located in Amesbury, MA.Pathways works with youth who are referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Department of Mental Health, and Department of Youth Services. The program is structured in a trauma-informed, family-focused environment. The therapeutic milieu is designed to foster success after transition out of the program.The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for building and ensuring a milieu that promotes the safety and security of those served. The APD will assist the Program Director in the day-to-day operations of the program, including administrative tasks, staff supervision, oversight of client care, and treatment coordination.Essential Skills Include:Program improvement.Training.Fiscal management.Administrative excellence.Incident response and investigation.Policy implementation.Trouble-shooting.Supervision and development of staff.Communication with families, funding, and licensing representatives.Ability to support all agency initiatives and respond to multiple stakeholders.Job Requirements:Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or one to two years of supervisory experience working with a similar population.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are a must.Schedule requires a level of flexibility.Salary:

$65,000 AnnuallyBenefits:
