CompanyOur client was founded in 1978 in Winnipeg, Canada. In the early years, their focus was on commercial roofing contracting. They established a reputation across Canada as a top-notch commercial roofing contractor.
As architectural products became increasingly complex over the years, they recognized that the best way to serve their clients was by providing them with products and services for the entire building envelope. They branched out to provide a range of architectural products and roofing services, including metal panelling, contract glazing and curtain wall.
Today, our clients employ over 6000 people and serve a diverse portfolio of clients across North America, for the entire building envelope.
RoleWe are seeking a roofing operations manager where the focus is on commercial roofing. The position is based in Minneapolis, MN. This senior leadership role provides a unique opportunity to join an established organization that prides itself on delivering high-value construction services while developing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is an innovator with ideas to improve, expand and grow a division and strengthen the company brand. This is an opportunity to truly make a difference and contribute leadership and mentorship skills, working side-by-side with the hardworking team.
Key Requirements
10 or more years of experience in the construction industry preferredStrong people skills including abilities to teach, coach and mentorB.S. degree in Business, Construction Management or related educational field preferredStrong knowledge of commercial roofing systems requiredKnowledge of sheet metal work is an asset
