We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to provide sustainment support in our SGSS team. This position reports to a senior program manager and is responsible for program management elements to support our SGSS International customer fleet; these efforts include performance management and customer support in the sustainment of the MQ-9B SkyGuardian fleet.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:SOW updates and CDRL package updatesPET data management – collect and review functional team input and verify all SOW sections are bid.Kick off Meetings scheduling and administrative tasks.Coordinate multiple gate reviews.Ensure SME justifications are adequate for proposals.Run and review labor and cost actuals on a regular basis.Provide leadership in the execution of project and contract deliverables.Documentation of counteroffers, WBS dictionary setup, SOW writing assistance for subcontractorsTrack CDRL deliveries pertaining to the development program and ensure on-time delivery.Support customer meetings by creating slides, tracking and completing action items, drafting agendas, etc. Attending meetings at GA and customer locations as required.Plan and manage the development of an exportable 2412 OFP.Work with functional groups to develop scope and schedules.Identify resources and equipment requirements.Manage the Exportable 2412 IMS and work to mitigate schedule risks.Coordinate test activities for SIL/HILL, Ground, and Flight with the test personnel.Track and manage costs and report status to the program team.Coordinate with MPEX on the development, production, and testing of the payloads they are providing. Ensure that pod schedules and cost are in alignment with the overall Netherlands development schedule and budget.Oversee the construction of a SIL/HILL to support all Netherlands development activities.At the completion of testing, ensure SIL is dismantled and all material is accounted for and returned to correct locations/owners.Develop and manage fielding plans for development capabilities.Coordinate with Field Ops to request FSR support.Ensure mod kits are completed, DD250’d, and packaged for shipment to customer location.Ensure all support equipment and consumables required for retrofits are obtained and shipped to customer location.Provide Program Office representation during fieldings, as required, to facilitate problem resolution and provide direction.Track and manage all GFE in GA’s possession for the duration of the development program.Provide Program Office representation during test events, as required, to facilitate problem resolution and provide direction.Act as liaison between project management and the project team, planning, engineering, flight-line management, and the customer to resolve issues relating to program, operational, and resource priority concerns.Coordinate the fielding and maintenance of SkyGuardian fleet.Work closely with GA-ASI functional areas and international program office to coordinate planning, proposal development, and contract award.Participate with Configuration Management Engineering to establish sustainment concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product improvements, DMSMS, and obsolescence solutions.Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales approval process is highly desired.Aviation sustainment background and experience with USAF government acquisition programs, EVMS, and MS Project is preferred.Ensure overall Business Area compliance with various Business Management process areas.Create project plans and manage resources to ensure project schedule, budget, quality, and specification goals are attained.Oversee and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.Coordinate departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks focused on upgrading existing products and/or services.Assign and monitor work of project management staff, providing technical support and direction when necessary.Interpret and administer policies, processes and procedures that impact projects.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Collaborate across management and project team to expand services and potential business opportunities.Identify and assess program issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to employees working on assigned project. Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion.May be required to interpret and administer policies and procedures that impact the program.May participate in, lead segments of or provide overall management for the request for proposal (RFP) process to generate new business.Other duties as assigned or required.

Base Salary: $81,190 - 145,338
