Realty Specialist

The incumbent serves as a Realty Specialist providing services in real property acquisition, management, and disposal duties in support of the National Airspace System (NAS). The incumbent performs work assignments under the limited direction of a manager or other experienced professionals.To view the complete qualification standard, applicants should reference – U.S. Office of Personnel Management Group Coverage Qualification Standard for Realty Specialist, 1170.To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5/7/9.
