M-F 7:00a-3:30pmThe Chart Review Specialist:

Utilizes the second review criteria to assess the donor chart records and determine the final eligibility of the donor prior to moving the chart to the MD review stage.Effectively communicates to provide feedback to the first review staff regarding errors found during second review.Performs or oversees final release of charts to production planning.Reviews documents that are received Post MD review. Determines the impact on the initial eligibility determination.
