Taking Command:
Managing the daily accountability of our logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
Fostering Compliance:
Enforcing DOT regulations, OSHA, C-TPAT, company policies, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Developing Talent:
Ensuring the proper training and development of team members, maintaining operational proficiency.
Monitoring Performance:
Holding the team accountable for operational requirements, equipment usage, uniform compliance, and productivity targets.
Optimizing Technology:
Driving efficient technology utilization across logistics software, reporting tools, and equipment operation.
Championing Safety:
Overseeing compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre/Post-Trip protocols, and coordinating with the Safety department.
Leading by Example:

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field (or Associate's degree with 4+ years' experience in logistics/operations).
Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management roles.
Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools.
Knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT.
Strong multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field or a minimum of ten years in a dispatch or load planning position with supervisory experience in a fleet size/or driver size of 50 or more utilizing specialized transportation software.
