Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Strategic Recruiting Plans – Partner with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting efforts with business goals and organizational growth strategies.
• Source and Engage Top Talent – Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations.
• Conduct Insightful Interviews – Lead phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Deliver Data-Driven Results – Analyze recruiting metrics and deliver reports that support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Innovate and Improve – Recommend new tools, processes, and strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with DOT regulations and internal HR policies.
• Uphold Professionalism and Confidentiality – Represent Benore with integrity throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house) with a strong track record of hiring success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Adaptability, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for identifying top talent and contributing to a high-performing culture.
