What you will be doing

The incumbent will provide actionable insights and visibility to business trends. The focus of this work will be organized into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables, and often require additional deep dives into certain KPI’s where executives may have additional questions or need further insights. You will play a critical role in delivering world class reporting to all users.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the sales team in compensation plan, design and tracking.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in all efforts related to fiscal year territory planning and execution of current go-to-market strategy.Build and enhance tools, dashboards, and infrastructure to surface the right performance data and insights to the sales team.Manage internal and external data sources for information and enhance CRM data quality to provide actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.Build audit tools to manage territory assignments for sales teams.Create new tools and approaches to drive a crisp and repeatable set of Business Intelligence practices and to resolve a range of analytical and operational questions.Design robust and scalable processes to minimize inefficiencies.Perform reporting and analysis on core go-to-market KPIs providing key insights for driving our go-to-market strategy.Develop innovative methodologies to answer strategic questions across the organization and empower others to apply your recommendations and solutions.What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or similar field.Requires 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business planning, FP&A, or data science role, preferably within high-growth, technology environments.MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding and proficiency with Excel, relational databases, and BI tools.Experience with OR ability to learn a CRM System, preferably Salesforce.Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed cross-functionally.Ability to collaborate cross functionally with different go-to-market teams.Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results.Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.What Cencora offers

$55,100 - 81,290This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.Affiliated Companies:
