What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.Supports and drives operational excellence in the company’s core strategies.Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.Project Revenue Managed: Greater than $15 Million. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll NeedExcellent management skills related to Project Management.Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer.Excellent communication skills both oral and written.Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

RequirementsEducation: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years operations, service or field or project management

Previous project supervisory

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
