At CalPERS, we’re committed to people – the people we serve, our team members, and the larger community around us.Job Description And DutiesCalPERS seeks a Research Data Analyst I (RDA I) within the Health Policy and Benefits Branch (HPBB), which oversees the health benefits program for CalPERS. The Health Plan Research and Administration (HPRA) develops policy for the CalPERS health benefits program using data and information on market trends and best practices, facilitates the development of the CalPERS Strategic Plan for health, and monitors health-related legislation. In addition, HPRA conducts health care cost and utilization research, provides analytical support for CalPERS annual health plan premium negotiations, and coordinates management information services for the CalPERS health benefits program.
