Assists the Director and Vice President of Quality with organization-wide projects and goals.REQUIRED:

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field.Minimum of 3 years combined experience in health care field in the following functions: Quality Improvement or JCAHO coordination, either in hospital or ambulatory settings.Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis and report writing.Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction, and motivation.Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.Ability to make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.PREFERRED:

Master of Science degreeSupervisory experienceTraining as team leader and facilitatorCertification in Health Care Quality.
