Prepares reports and communicates quality improvement information and activities to appropriate committees, teams, and task forces for the hospital and medical staff. Serves as a communication link from committees, teams, and task forces to the medical staff. Maintains quality data for medical staff reappointment.We are looking for an RN with experience in OB, Surgery and/or Internal Medicine/ICU. Flexible hours, no weekends and no holidays.REQUIRED:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 3 years experience in a health care field with 1 year of experience related to quality improvement.Good oral and written communication skills.Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.Ability to provide presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.PREFERRED:

Previous training as a team leader and facilitator.
