Sales Representative

Local, established exterior remodeling company, Wolf Development is looking to hire and train experienced Sales Reps. Due to huge demand from recent storms that affected thousands of homeowners, we are expanding at a high rate! Rated one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Chicago. We're looking for experienced and entry-level salespeople who are looking to grow through building a team and learning leadership at a high level. You will receive thorough training on all products and be equipped with extensive knowledge of the home improvement industry.Responsibilities:

Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities.Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, giving them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently.Generate leads by identifying homes with hail or wind damaged roof, siding or gutters.Perform complementary inspections.Document damage by taking pictures, videos and uploading it to our company database.Guide homeowners in the insurance claims process.Collect checks and select products for improvement with the homeowners.Qualifications:

Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a high school diploma is required.You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals.2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience.Compensation:

$102,500 - $250,000+
