Due to huge demand from recent storms that affected thousands of homeowners, we are expanding at a high rate! You will receive thorough training on all products and be equipped with extensive knowledge of the home improvement industry.Responsibilities
Generate leads by identifying homes with hail or wind-damaged roofs, siding, or gutters.Perform complementary inspections.Document damage by taking pictures, videos, and uploading them to our company database.Guide homeowners in the insurance claims process.Collect checks and select products for improvement with homeowners.Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities.Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, providing them with the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently.Qualifications
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.Some industry or product knowledge preferred; a high school diploma is required.Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to team goals.2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience.Compensation
