As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team.Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities> Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

> Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

> Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

> Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

> Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

> Negotiate contracts and close deals.

> Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

> Mentor and support junior sales team members.Qualifications> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

> Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or tech sector.

> Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

> Strong negotiation and closing skills.

> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

> Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) software and MS Office Suite.
