We are currently seeking highly motivated, positive-aggressive hunters to join our sales team across Canada and the USA to help us accelerate our mission to help organizations accelerate growth and maintain simple, secure operations.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet and exceed reoccurring revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a variety of sales channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals.Qualifying leads and identifying key decision makers within target accounts.Developing and executing sales strategies to drive the adoption of SIMNET’s private cloud solutions.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical sales engineers and solution architects, to deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.Providing ongoing account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales forecasting and reporting.Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.Thoroughly understand and articulate SIMNET’s strategy, technical direction, capabilities, and product solutions for collaboration on sales campaigns.Respond quickly and effectively to opportunities, delivering technical and business presentations to decision-makers.Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate cost proposals, rate structures, and profit margins.Conduct account and industry analysis, resolve complex problems, and facilitate communication between clients, sales, management, and field sales teams.Identify, evaluate, recruit, and manage resources needed to successfully lead sales campaigns.Utilize a variety of prospecting tools and techniques.Develop and sustain a personal sales funnel to meet and exceed assigned quotas.Meet aggressive KPI activity targets to develop a pipeline of activity conducive with quota targets.Become proficient with SIMNET’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date account records.Report on sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions with daily frequency.Be a positive-aggressive representative of SIMNET in the marketplace.Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.Requirements:

2-8 years of experience in a client-facing sales role within an IT environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for team members to effectively communicate the value proposition of SIMNET’s Cloud solutions to potential customers and close deals.Relationship-building skills.Time management and organization skills.Adaptability and flexibility.Developing a strong value proposition.Identifying and targeting key customer segments.Providing exceptional customer service.Ability to work with data-driven sales analytics.Ability to work under pressure.Multi-tasking ability and the ability to set and reset priorities.Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).Customer-first attitude.Willing and able to travel.Qualifications:

University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are encouraged.Knowledge of Hyperscalers.Product knowledge with Fortinet, HP, Dell, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, and Splunk is encouraged.Ongoing commitment to professional development and industry certifications.Experience in virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hyper V, KVM or Virtuozzo products) is a plus.Experience with Cloud Management Platforms, Cloud orchestration solutions.Benefits:
