Southern California (in close proximity to Virtium HQ: Orange County, CA)Pay Range:

$75,000 – $100,000 base salary + Quarterly MBO ranging from $20K-$40K/yearYou will be responsible for generating Storage and Memory Sales revenue from an assigned account base of targets, Emerging accounts and Distribution channel. Develop account relationships at all levels between Virtium and the customer’s engineers, procurement management, and executive management. Assume the business planning role for all supported customers, and coordinate with Virtium sales and marketing management to develop a strategy for account penetration, opening new accounts, and consistently driving new business growth in the territory or assigned account base.Your essential duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Successfully identifying and/or developing new accountsDeveloping relationships to capture more share of business in assigned accountsInitiating, qualifying, penetrating, managing, and growing new customers’ revenue from a raw lead or from a Distributor referralTravelling as necessary to develop, open, and manage accountsFinding new opportunities by networking, working with Virtium Marketing, Manufacturers’ Representatives, Distributors, and following-up on Internet leadsObtain customers’ technical product requirements and engage support teams to facilitate successful account developmentWork with local representatives and distribution partners as necessary to identify opportunities and to best manage the design-win and fulfillment processKeep Virtium Executive, Sales, Marketing and Engineering management regularly apprised of account progress and of all issues requiring supportCreate and maintain New Account Development Plans using the Virtium format; update and discuss weekly with VP of SalesManage to the highest level of customer satisfaction at all timesSkills and Requirements:1-3 years sales experienceKnowledge of Excel, PPT, & WordAbility to take action and prioritize a workloadHigh level of integrity and professionalismMemory/SSD knowledge a significant plus, but not essentialAbility & desire to be promoted into a more senior sales roleApply for this job: Emerging & Channel Account Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
