Summary:

This position will promote and develop new business growth opportunities on a regional level for Metal Sales IMPACT Buildings program. Approved channel targets include pre-engineered metal building manufacturers, metal building builders, distributors, and dealers. This role requires sales and business development experience with large, regional, and national accounts. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of identifying, pitching and successfully closing large accounts requiring multiple touch points within both the selling and purchasing companies.

This position will develop and implement program strategies with the support of the Product Brand Manager. The Regional Accounts Manager will also support and collaborate with Metal Sales Territory Sales Managers to help drive growth in their accounts. This position is a liaison to build corporate relationships that will enhance and increase loyalty to Metal Sales IMPACT program.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a GTM strategic plan to grow IMPACT sales revenue and margin YoY.

Achieve or exceed growth goals for sales revenue and margins.

Daily coordination and interaction with sales, operations, ACT software team and customers.

Lead and manage IMPACT support positions.

Use CRM to maintain a database of key accounts, contacts, opportunity values and activities.

Develop KPI’s and prepare monthly sales reports to track progress.

Monitor and update market trends and activities, report out monthly.

Work with regional sales management teams (RVP and TSM) to identify growth opportunities, assist in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Coach, mentor and educate the sales and operations teams on the specific needs and expectations of their assigned account base. Execute sales promotions and training.

Support pricing management and communication with ACT Software, sales teams, and customers.

Establish strong customers relationships and closely monitor product requirements.

Identify and monitor competitive situations. Collaborate with Sales management to develop and implement aggressive plans to defend and grow our market position.

Maintain T&E budget/expenses within established guidelines.

Other duties as may be assigned by the Product Brand Manager and Vice President of Sales.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Coordinate communications with Product Brand Manager.

Oversee, Coach, Mentor and Motivate Program Technical Specialist and other support roles.

Maintain a leadership role in the communications with Operations, Sales and Marketing for all Regional Account Activities.

Provide leadership in a high-performance environment.

The most qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor’s Degree in business

Five years commercial sales experience in the metal buildings market

Five years business development experience selling to large, National Accounts

Two years experience and sales results with IMPACT or other like building package

Knowledge and ability to conduct presentations using the ACT software program

Ability and desire to travel 75% of the time

Successful track record of closing large, multi-location accounts

Proficient with MS Office Suite applications

Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary

Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high growth, and hands-on environment

Must be team oriented and customer service focused
