Digital Delivery Lead – Brighton

Salary Guide:
£65,000 – £70,000 Plus Excellent PackageOur client is a Tier 1 D&B Contractor operating predominantly in the water industry, delivering a significant proportion of the Southern Water joint venture framework working on projects in Kent and East Sussex.My client is looking to strengthen their Digital Team with a Digital Delivery Lead for a joint venture framework. Based at the Brighton office, you will ensure our regional team has the support needed to integrate these digital tools as business as usual. You will report directly to the National Rehearsal Lead.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure commitments are met and work closely with Regional Leads to identify key resources to build a strategic in-region team.Connect and collaborate with all key stakeholders, particularly the Client, where digital service offerings will be promoted at the front end of delivery.Work with regional Digital Delivery Leads to develop regional strategies covering the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration into regional delivery processes.Work closely with the Regional Leads to identify regional resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver, and run rehearsals for their programmes of work.Develop 4D models utilizing Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme to provide visualizations.Facilitate rehearsals on specific projects until resources are identified, competent, and capable.Develop, implement, and execute the strategy to fully adopt the use of BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery.Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Appreciation of real critical path management and control, with a background in scheduling.Good communication, presentation, and computer skills are necessary, along with the ability to work with Delivery Teams developing and implementing regional strategies and practical applications.Experience in visualization and rehearsal.Package Includes:
