Working under the guidance of the Engineering Project Manager, you will collaborate with the engineering team, product management, and engineering services to ensure that projects are transitioned from concept to pre-production readiness. Your responsibilities will include performing design analysis, supporting testing programs, and delivering detailed specifications and designs.You Will:

Identify technologies and alternate solutions meeting customer and technical requirements.Develop designs using CAD software and mechanical design principles.Collaborate with the engineering team and Lead Project Engineer to ensure design feasibility.Validate product concepts through analysis, model creation, prototyping, simulation, and testing, using tools such as 3D printing, CFD, and FEA.Partner with internal and external test labs to verify design functionality, performance, and safety.Work with CAD Designers to complete product designs.Prepare assembly bills of materials, engineering documentation, and other supporting materials.Analyze data and create reports to ensure project requirements are met.Support the daily project activities to achieve project goals.Collaborate with teams, including business, product management, engineering, vendors, finance, operations, marketing, manufacturing, and quality.You Have:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Experience with product design principles.Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, with a preference for Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:
