Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and driving the overall success of the spa. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure service continuity. Implement employee orientation programs to ensure all staff are well-trained in spa protocols and customer service standards. Develop marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clientele. Maintain accurate records related to payroll, scheduling, and employee performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for clients. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette to enhance client satisfaction. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and record keeping. Experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Knowledge of retail management principles to drive sales within the spa. Proven ability in team management, fostering collaboration among staff members. Familiarity with payroll processes to manage employee compensation accurately. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and vendors. Job Type:
