Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Foster a positive work environment by leading by example and encouraging teamwork among staff members.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement training programs for new hires to promote skill development within the team.
Qualifications
Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising staff in a hospitality or food industry setting.
Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant or hotel environment.
Background in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Experience in kitchen operations and food management is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
