Assistant General Manager

Manages and directs the entire daily operations of the restaurant, including selection, development and performance management of all employees, management of Front of House, and general oversight of Back of house food safety matters. In charge of beverage program, hiring and training of all front of the house employees, bartenders, servers, and cashiers. Manages the day-to-day operational and financial activities to optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Oversees and coordinates the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Understands and supports completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs of the Company. We are looking for a leader with 2+ years of operational experience. Must be comfortable leading front and back of house teams. Must understand budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and scheduling. Event planning and marketing experience a plus.
