Consolidated Electrical Distributors - Operations Specialist
Location: Kent, WashingtonConsolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. (CED) is looking for a specialist to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of administrative office support and possess outstanding communication skills, the desire for a career within a stable industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Reports to:
Operations ManagerMinimum Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experienceStrong attention to detail and time managementPreferred Qualifications:Processing customer invoicesWell-developed verbal and written skills with a detail orientation and a sense of urgencyAbility to establish priorities and work independently while managing multiple tasksMaintain a high level of flexibility in a constantly changing environmentEnjoy customer and vendor interaction while working through challenging situationsPractice sound judgment, solve problems and produce a quality and accurate work productEnjoy being an integral part of a team with a “can do” attitudeWorking Conditions:This job operates in a professional office environment and warehouse location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; communicate both in person and on the phone. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.Supervisory Responsibilities:

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $25 hourly.Other Compensation:Profit SharingBenefits available for this position include:Long Term Disability Insurance after 25 monthsLife Insurance at 1X your annual salary401(k) (18 or older)Paid Sick Leave - accrue 0.0347 hours per qualified hour worked, up to 72 hours annually, usable after 90 daysPaid Holidays - 9 days each yearPaid Vacation - accrue 0.03847 hours per qualified hour worked, up to 80 hours annually
