Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during your assigned shift and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff during your shiftEnsure that all team members adhere to company policies and proceduresTrain new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackMonitor inventory levels and place orders as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may ariseAssist with food preparation and cooking when necessaryOperate POS system for order processing and payment transactionsExperience:
Previous experience in bartending, cooking, or food service is requiredStrong knowledge of inventory control proceduresFamiliarity with Revel POS system is preferredExcellent food handling skills and knowledge of food safety regulationsExceptional hospitality and customer service skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamExperience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisionsWe offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
