Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff during your assigned shift. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shiftEnsure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standardsTrain, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may ariseMaintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurantMonitor inventory levels and place orders as neededAdhere to all food safety and sanitation regulationsCollaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitabilityExperience:
