Otis ONE is our IoT solution that connects elevators to cloud ecosystem to deliver a seamless passenger, customer, mechanic, and expert experience. The Otis ONE Global Product Manager, Customer Experience is responsible for managing the Otis ONE customer application requirements to improve Otis ONE customer engagement. Applications include customer portal (browser based and mobile responsive experience), developer’s portal, eView content management system and emergency personnel application. The Product Manager will work closely with passenger experience and key accounts product owners to ensure appropriate application convergence roadmap for improved service experience from passenger to building manager to owner.

Key Responsibilities

Play a hands-on role in product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle from concept, to delivery, to end-of-life.Define clear product vision while keeping up to date on all developments essential to achieving our desired outcomes.Champion and adhere to the product development process, ensuring that all products are developed according to established guidelines and standards.Support MPM process with cross functional teams to determine product & systems development roadmap.Lead in program charter creation, scope definition, commercialization of products, requirements development, risk management, schedule development, and communications planning.Prepare for release plan by conducting product requirement gathering & prioritization, ensuring release readiness according to roadmap.Support the product and feature development including testing capabilities.Create and present on findings, defects, improvements, statuses, and risk management.Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation through competitive analysis enabling more strategic decision making.Develop and set product pricing and promotion strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or MA/MS degree with 8+ years of experience.Strong program management skills, proven ability to lead and manage complex projects involving a cross functional team.Ability to define strategic roadmaps, build execution plans and drive initiatives in a multi-cultural environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills to collect requirements and prioritize them based on internal customers feedback and market/technological knowledge.Confidence representing the product team to internal customers and stakeholders, including presenting to large audiences.A passion to create impactful user experiences.Creative and resourceful approach to solving problems.Strong business acumen and excellent problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges.Excellent customer relationship management skills, ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation aptitude.Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
