Join the team and become part of our family!Charter Manufacturing is now hiring Rotational Analysts into the Supply Chain Rotational Program for May 2025 Graduates!The Supply Chain Rotational Analyst targets recent college graduates to build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program. The program offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers to learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing.Concentrated Rotational Areas:ProcurementSupply & Demand PlanningTransportationSupply Chain TransformationRotational Program Structure:3 Rotations at 10 months long each.Potential short-term relocation to: Charter Dura Bar: Woodstock, IL; Charter Steel: Saukville, WI; Charter Wire: Milwaukee, WIRotational Program Perks:Diverse integration and exposure to our businessesHybrid Work Schedule (Expectation to be in office during onboarding period)Professional development, coaching, and mentorshipGuaranteed placement upon program completionRelocation assistanceEligible for full-time employee benefitsWhat we look for:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.Prior experience participating in a team environment.Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business.Willingness to travel as needed.
